Cancellation Policy
Please Read Before Booking, by scheduling a session, you agree to the following: Booking - All Readings and Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking, - Once Payment is received, you'll get a confirmation and estimated time frame for the reading. - Please double- check your contact info before submitting. Rescheduling: - You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance, without penalty. - Same - Day Reschedules are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Refunds - Due to the nature of energy and digital services, all readings are non- refundable once delivered. -If you need to cancel before your reading begins, you may make a request for a credit towards a future session. Late or Missed Appointments - If you're more than 10 minutes late, without notice, your session may be shortened or marked as a no- show.
